Worst hosting site which wasted 4 weeks of mine. Frequent errors, ftp not working, frequent abnormalities. I wish I have hadn't wasted my time on this bloody server which cannot auto configure the sites created and hosted on them.

STAY AWAY! The service was not great from the start but it was tolerable for the price. However, as time went on, things became worse and once the refund period was up, I was forced to change hosts because my site was crashing at least twice a week. Requests to fix the problem were patched but the underlying problem was never resolved. Very often the staff replying to tickets would answer something completely unrelated to my issue or would conveniently ignore the ticket altogether or just close it without fixing anything.After switching hosts, a problem was found within my website that was related to hosting with 10x. It was fixed and I have not had a problem since. Multiple attempts to talk to 10x about a refund have been ignored. 100% worst experience with a host I've ever had

x10Hosting (I have Prime Upgrage, not the free version) tends to be unstable with unpredictable outages. I am writing this review now because they have been down for 27 hours as I write this, with no PHP access to my MySQL databases and thus loss of function for all my webpages that access those databases.
I filed 3 tickets, there are dozens (maybe more) of folks complaining about the outage (which began for some Wednesday, this now being Friday) with no comment or help thus far for any of us from the support staff. If you can't trust that your site will be up reliably, and that outages will be quickly addressed and fixed, and if you can't get any support information during those outages then the rest doesn't really matter, does it?

Awesome. Compatible with x10. In fact, better in every way.. Apart from login. Takes about 5 minutes to login. Doe to slow servers. Everywhere else is blazing fast, and full of features. I love the instant cloudflare integration.

10xhosting is a scam to get your money! You will pay your money to get nothing that was promised. Remember, if it's to good to be true, then it's not true! I should have known better!
This company has so many angry customers in their FB group. They keep creating different FB groups so that you don't see what angry customers are saying about the hosting service. I had a very had time getting my money back from 10xhosting. I feel really bad for the people in the FB group that didn't get their money back. after having my site hosted there for over a year they implemented a poorly coded VPN and proxy detection script that erroneously detected my modem dedicated IP address as a VPN or Proxy resulting in an inability to login and keep my account from being suspended (you must login to their website every 30 days or it gets suspended until you do).
So I file a support ticket in which I explain that their script is flawed and a simple check on any number of sites proves I am not behind a VPN or proxy they then completely delete my site before resolving my support ticket (I had no backup due to recent hard drive failure here) when i ask why they would do that they gave a rambling cut and paste response talking about accounts getting deleted for illegal activity.
I asked them if they would act like professionals own their mistake and restore my site from a server backup that any hosting company worth its salt would have while attaching screenshots from about 5 sites all declaring my IP to be not behind a VPN or proxy and to be my residential IP address and they ceased communications.
Now lets get to their crap service, lots of downtime coupled with half working Cpanel and a poorly written custom server side caching script that makes developing a site that you have not already completed elsewhere a headache.
So again if you don't mind having your site deleted because of their incompetence and then being blamed for their incompetence go for it, otherwise avoid them like the plague
