If deleted for inactivity then a number of checks made by the system determined this such as nameservers not correctly pointed, no visitors for 30 days etc.
Just reupload your site from a backup you would have downloaded and it will be live in minutes.

Unfortunately I no longer have any back up since it’s been quite a few years that I delivered this website to the client. The 000webhost.com do not proceed with any back up before deleting a website?
would it be possible somehow to restore it?
Free users don’t get any backups sorry
